During these uncertain times, many of us are feeling confused or worried as we get used to “Social Distancing” and “self-isolation”. It is equally if not more confusing for our young people as they are no longer able to see their friends, visit grandparents or got out and about as before.
We have created a booklet for young people and their families called “My Little Book of Calm”. It contains prayers, activities and exercises to help you gain a moment of calm and beat the isolation blues. It offers an opportunity for families to come together and talk about what is on their minds as well as remembering that, despite the hard times we are facing, there are still many things to be thankful for each day.
